My friend lived at one of its properties, the one at 26 Lorraine ave., Kitchener and said that whole building infested with bugs. The common area is only cleaned up once or twice a year and it's no wonder bugs live in the building. Watch out for rain dripping on your head too since there are holes all over the roof.
