Called me 4 times in a hour while at work. Finally could answer and all I got was a hi Candace. I was like who are you as I don’t know your number. Then goes on to say specialty life insurance.

I never asked for a quote or anything! I am good with my life insurance I get for serving this country. Told the lady to remove me and lose my number. We will see if they actually listen cause 4 times in hour calling is ridiculous and just shows how desperate they are for customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Talked on the phone with a kyle tunstall. Went through his sales pitch i told him I wanted the info sent to me for comparison and to look over more thoroughly. He then proceeded to talk about my weight and an illness that I have using it to shame and guilt me into going with his company. I felt it was an attack on me and very rude. I don't reccomend dealing with this company of they so openly get aggressive with potential clients because they would like to have info sent to them for comparison needs and to read over the details.

DO NOT USE THIS LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES! THIS COMPANY IS QUICK TO SIGN YOU UP AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT ONCE YOU DIE, YOUR LOVED ONES WILL BE LUCKY IF THEY SEE A PENNY OF IT. THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND WHEN I CALLED THEM OUT ON IT, THEY CHANGED THEIR TUNED. 3 WEEKS AGO THEY SAID THEY DEPOSITED THE AMOUNT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT - THE PAYMENT NEVER ARRIVED AND THEY HAVE GHOSTED ME. WORST COMPANY! I WILL BE CONSULTING A LAWYER. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE- DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON’T LEAVE YOUR FAMILY IN THIS SITUATION AFTER YOUR DEATH!

It started from the call i had from them. I asked to be able to give it some thought. And was pushed to just sign up. Fast forward 1 week from that and thinking it over for. I decided i wanted to cancel. Sent emails regarding this and no replies and its a month of that now. Would not recommend to anyone. Very poor customer service. And very shady business practice to not reply to a concern.

When someone says not interested. Don't want your "insurance"... please stop calling and take me off your list... that means stop calling.

I have records of all your calls and phone numbers that called.

Next time you call.

1. Will file police report for harassment via telecom system.
2. Contact and report you to CRTC
3. Will also call and report you to your telephone service provider!

I'm not playing games. I have asked nicely over 5 times. Enough is enough!

If I could give this scam of a company 0 stars to review, I would
I received 12+calls within a 24 hour period, all from different numbers so if I had decided to block one, they’d still get through
No voicemail, no call back number, no heads up on why they are calling and when I tried to call them back on the numbers they called me, it would not connect
A legit reputable company would not act in this way, it is bordering harassment!
When I finally was able to answer one of their calls, i was instantly hit with the fact they knew my name and personal information that i never gave them! Every time i asked how they got my info, i was told i had requested a quote. I absolutely have not, so they are 100% buying people’s info for scammy cold calls

Camel was very straightforward when she goes through something I didn't understand with my disability she would rephrase it into a different way so that I can answer the question properly she took the time to go over everything with me you too make sure that I had everything in the policy that I was going to need for my daughter's future and to make it so much easier on my daughter when I pass she was very utmost professional we had laughed we were great together I like the way she works with with me she was great she was laughing we were laughing we were having such a fun time together doing the policy she made it interesting as we were going through the policy so yeah she's awesome I would recommend her to all my friends and family I have already got one friend that I have recommended it to her and they have had their conversation so with my help because he can't read it right so I had to do the second one with him what's up with camel again so that she could get his understanding of not being able to read it right and she the same thing with him she was very straightforward with him as well and with something that he didn't understand within his disability she took the time to make sure that it was the amount on great experience for him as well and she took the time to revise questions as many times as she had to for him I recommend her as employee of the month and I would recommend her for employee of the year if you guys have that at your company thank you and have a great day

They unlawfully charged me for a policy I did not agree to. They send NO documents regarding any policy! When I phoned and left messages numerous times they did not reply to any of my phone calls! They illegally are taking payments from my bank account. When I did manage to get the agent responsible for this mess I only have a very weak verbal assurance that this will be rectified. Still no written confirmation yet and it's been another while. This has all the indications of a shady insurance company. STAY AWAY. They are definitely NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!

I would sincerely recommend choosing an alternative insurance provider. once you have a policy, they fail to return any form of contact. I can never reach someone on the phone and their number is always out of service. they put the wrong telephone number on forms they send you furthering communication difficulties. they have been sent a beneficiary form numerous times and continue to enter the information incorrectly, meaning my beneficiary won’t inherit my policy. For yours and your family’s price of mind, please look elsewhere as this is not a professional or appropriate company

UPDATE: I sent an email as asked and STILL have yet to receive any form of follow up. you can respond to a google review but not the actual clients. this is a disgusting way to run a business. I was able to call in once and your staff said nothing and terminated the call immediately. I was able to get through a second time and again your staff terminated immediately without so much as a hello. how is this allowed? please shut down your company because evidently it cannot be run to any level of a professional standard.

The agent I spoke to was very helpful, very patient. When filling out those multiple choice questions, I needed some to be repeated, which she was very happy to do so. I had to stop partway through to get my groceries delivered and had to hang up for a few minutes and call back. I would happily recommend Specialty Life Insurance to anyone looking for life insurance.

Jason is quickly able to put you at ease. He comes across as warm, kind compassionate, sense of humour. So good that I didn't feel any pressure, or feel like I was being sold a bill of goods. I clearly stated what I needed and he made me aware of the what he has that would work for me. He also worked to find something I could fit in my budget as I am on a fixed income. Very enjoyable experience.
