After assuring me I could get a certain price for my home if I made some renovations; I did so. Our contract lasted three months and I had very few showings so i used a new realtor when our contract expired.

Me new realtor sat down with comparable listings so we could decide a reasonable sale price. Something Jennifer never did, provided or even mentioned; actually all realtors will do this as a first step, as I now know.

After telling her I will not continue with her and her husband as listing agents, she became very unstable and rude. I dealt with that but was very uncomfortable and moved on. Later they phoned realtors and told them not to view the house with any of their clients, what she exactly told them I don't know, but my new realtor was notified of this from other realtors.

My husband had to both contact the real estate board to complain and also talked with them to stop.

This is to bring awareness to potential home owners/buyers of some very un-normal behaviour but also a flippant regard to providing any effort in their job.

Just stay away.
