Brought my dog in for grooming today because I love to support my local shops whenever possible. However, when I picked her up her left eye can barely stay open and is swollen. Both eyes are incredibly blood shot, and she is continually trying to scratch her face accompanied by yelping and whining. I didn’t get a super close look at her until I arrived home at which time I called to ask if anything had happened, they claimed the entire grooming was completely ordinary. Unfortunately I will not be returning here. $115 is a bit pricy for a grooming that will need to end in a visit to the vet.

My dog loves this store. (I do, too) staff is so super helpful and friendly. My dog has a chicken allergy and this spot has incredible options for novel proteins. Cricket (my fur child) even tried a rabbit foot - fur and all - for the first time. She was confused, delighted, and LOVED it.

Only shop in LA ( since the new owner took over) that they don’t have any paper bags or even plastic bag or anything called bag to put the items purchased from their store. I have been the customer of this shop more than 8 years but not anymore with this new owner attitude.
UPDATE: OWNER SCREAMS AT CUSTOMERS – RECYCLES TRADER JOE’S BAGS & GIANT BOXES
Last week I gave 1 star because this is the only pet store in LA that refuses normal bags.
For 4 small pet food packages, they stuffed everything into a MASSIVE USED CARDBOARD BOX from their own shop deliveries — big enough for a microwave.
The 2–3 times I got a paper bag? Recycled Trader Joe’s bags — cheap, flimsy, and reused.
Today I returned and the OWNER YELLED AT ME IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS for my honest review.
He refused to apologize, defended the no-bag policy, and berated me instead of listening.
As a business owner, I fix problems — I don’t scream at paying customers.
Wasteful, cheap, and shockingly rude & refused to sell products to me!!!! Because of my honest review.
Still 1 star even one star is too much for this shop. Never again.
I just purchased from another shop and this is how they give their products to the customers not like My Pet Naturally.

We have been going to My Pet Naturally for 2 years now. The staff and pet groomers are extremely down to earth! I’ve been taking my dog Yoshi to get a bath and groom here once a month and I never plan on looking anywhere else for my dog to get a groom. Jose is truly amazing! He has helped our dog with her skin allergies and has given great food + shampoo recommendations. (He also adds a touch of extra beauty by adding cute accessories on our dog after a bath 😆) I know I can trust him wholehearted with my dog. 🙏I can’t thank you guys enough for everything.

My Wife and I have been bringing our dogs to Pet Naturally for several years now including and most importantly since the time when Mike and Staff were introduced to us.

I caught Mike by surprise yesterday while at the shop making a purchase and joked that I didn't receive my work schedule this week...

Mike & Staff are such a dymanic team that I said "I wanted to join them"...Mike said "oh your serious"and went to the back and printed me out an application.

You are a good man Mike and I want to thank you and your team for all the kindness and love that you've shown our beloved animals over the year's

I am now retired and couldn't think of a better way to bring value & structure back into my life along with a sense of purpose than to care for all of our friends on four legs...
