We bought our house 2 weeks ago with an agent SUTTON GROUP OLD MILL REALTY. While I can't speak about the entire office, I would like to share my experience of working with the agent, MIROSLAV DANKO TCHORNI.

He was professional and helpful. As a first-time buyer, I knew very little about houses and locations. Danko patiently guided me through all the little (yet significant) details that I needed to be aware of to make a good decision. It was like taking a crush course in real estate for me. In less than two weeks, I knew everything about lot sizes and types, backsplits, sidesplits, etc.

I must say Danko made us feel like we were his only clients (although his constantly ringing phone proved that all his clients were thinking the same). He took us by the hand and guided us through every step of the decision, making sure we find a property that fits all our criteria and also becomes a great investment.

We looked at A LOT OF homes. If we needed to take a look at another property, Danko would re-jiggle his schedule and usually would be there that same day in the convenient for us time. If we needed some documents faxed or mailed, no matter how busy he was, he'd make sure he sent them even if it's 2 AM. I never met any professional as reliable as him.

Being in the market for the first time, we were excited and liked everything. He could've easily convinced us to buy the very first home we saw and get his commission. But he took the time to educate us and point out all the potential problems with the homes we were looking at. He seems know everything about real estate, he was like a guardian angel to us.

And even when we found the house of our dream and were willing to get it regardless of the price, he was negotiated with the seller so ruthlessly as if it was his money and not ours. Danko helped us to find a dream home, made sure don't pay more than it's worth, and guarded us from making (potentially very expensive) mistakes along the way.

I am very impressed and can strongly recommend this agent to everybody. My family loves the new home and we are glad we found a great agent (and now good friend) we can rely on when it's time to sell.
