I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the cleaning service provided on 14 July 2025. The level of professionalism was far below my expectations. The cleaning agents used seemed to be of very low quality, comparable to those purchased at a dollar store. Additionally, the cleaning staff used the same cloth for different areas, including the bathroom and kitchen, which I found unsanitary.

The entire cleaning process took over four hours for my 756 sq ft condo, which I found excessive. Upon inspection, I noticed that many areas were not cleaned properly, and I had to ask them to redo certain sections. Furthermore, I had to remind them multiple times about the correct usage of cleaning cloths.

I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service quality in the future.

We hired Menage Total to do a deep move in cleaning of our apartment and the cleaners did a wonderful work! They were very thorough and deep cleaned from top to bottom! I would certainly recommend them to all!

The staff is very professional and replied promptly. Very flexible with her appointments. She was able to spring clean my apartment and shampoo all my carpets on very short notice and did a fantastic job. 5 stars!

Naji and wife came to clean 4 windows but only did three,why? They didn't know how to remove them a very simple task.Took 4 hours and they were all dirty, made them worse. At one point he got one of the windows stuck I had to help remove it.I made them cone back the next day to clean them and guess what still dirty.They were very nice people but am guessing they never cleaned a window in their life.Very disappointed.
