Pilot coffee is great! I find them to be consistent & personally am a fan of the house espresso. I often look for there rotating options as I tend to find some hidden gems. Although, don’t count on consistence here.

Location wise, the coffee shop itself is extremely small & very uncomfortable, especially during rush hour. Thst being said.. I still find myself in this awkward crevasse to get my morning fix.

Quaint little coffee place in the Union station. No seats in the shop and my go-to coffee spot in the area. The Baristas are nice and polite. I have always appreciated crew who make small talks. They also ask if they would need to lessen the sugar or opt for sugar which is very unusual for cafes. This shop is much better than %. Recommended: Cortado and Matcha Latte

Ordered a large black americano, was mediocre. My home coffee machine makes better americano. However they do have a good aesthetic, but it’s a bit small. It’s a bit pricey for the coffee quality.

Loved Pilot! I ordered the honey cardamom latte and it was really balanced with the spices. I also bought instant coffee as a gift for a friend.

Was happy to see this location, and wanted to find out how much the coffee beans cost. When asked about the pricing, your barista directed me to a busy cashier, while she is doing nothing and waiting to make the next cup of coffee. I guess this is my personal choice, but I would have handled it differently by telling me the price, or simply say that sorry you don’t know but my colleague will help. Not a good customer experience. I will try another roaster thanks!

such a lovely grab and go version of their bigger cafes. coffee is always roasted to perfection, all of the staff are so comfortable to talk to and have their own personalities which is so refreshing to see in retail stores. my most recent visit i was greeted by Ian who made me the most delicious Oat Latte i’ve ever had! i wish there were more vegan options than just one muffin but alas, i can put up with that so i can get more delicious lattes

Pilot Coffee is a chain across Toronto. They roast their own beans, and their coffee tends to be on the light - medium roast.

Absolutely love their lattes here, especially with oat milk. They have Oatly here which I think is the creamiest oat milk and goes the best with lattes.

I usually get the matcha lattes here - they actually whisk the match powder here when they make your latte. This time I got the seasonal miso hazelnut houjicha which was also very good! It’s slightly sweet and nutty.

Get coffee at union, staff were very friendly and the coffee was spot on, very friendly to animals, staff let my ESA beagle have a cup for water. Highly recommend trying out this location. So much better than Starbucks, Tim’s, McCafé. Support business like this

The employee Ian was rude and robotic. I asked for an espresso "for here" and he said they only have "to go" cups. I pointed out the several small ceramic espresso cups behind him to which he replied: "Nop, those are just for us, that'll be 10.15$". I told me friend to cancel my coffee.

I understand there's no seating but an espresso is called exactly that because it takes less than a minute to drink. 0 tact, 0 flexibility, 0 thinking. A person from Italy would be flabbergasted. All they care about is volume and $$, not service. If you can't think and serve, don't get into the service industry.. or just buy automatic coffee machines.

Do yourself a favor and go to Arabica a little further down. There are a few chairs and they don't kick you out as soon as you give them your money.

Come here all the time for my iced lattes and it’s amazing.

The idea of the Mango Matcha sounded delicious it was honestly quiet underwhelming. Despite the generous amount of mango syrup added to the drink it gets muted by the other flavors and you end up with a drink that has both a water down mango and water down matcha flavor
