The employee Ian was rude and robotic. I asked for an espresso "for here" and he said they only have "to go" cups. I pointed out the several small ceramic espresso cups behind him to which he replied: "Nop, those are just for us, that'll be 10.15$". I told me friend to cancel my coffee.

I understand there's no seating but an espresso is called exactly that because it takes less than a minute to drink. 0 tact, 0 flexibility, 0 thinking. A person from Italy would be flabbergasted. All they care about is volume and $$, not service. If you can't think and serve, don't get into the service industry.. or just buy automatic coffee machines.

Do yourself a favor and go to Arabica a little further down. There are a few chairs and they don't kick you out as soon as you give them your money.

Come here all the time for my iced lattes and it’s amazing.

Sadly when I tried the new pumpkin matcha - it just tasted like the cream from the foam .. couldn’t taste any matcha or pumpkin

The idea of the Mango Matcha sounded delicious it was honestly quiet underwhelming. Despite the generous amount of mango syrup added to the drink it gets muted by the other flavors and you end up with a drink that has both a water down mango and water down matcha flavor

The viral mango sticky rice matcha truly lives up to the hype! I ordered it quarter sweet with 2% milk and it was absolutely perfect once stirred, smooth matcha, no clumps, and just the right balance of creamy and fruity.

Also tried the strawberry matcha the same way (quarter sweet, 2% milk), and it was equally amazing. I’ve been here several times now and the matcha is consistently excellent every single visit.

This has definitely become my go-to spot whenever I’m in the office. Highly recommend!

Tried this place for the first time and it’s one of the best coffee places I’ve tried so far. I got the iced banana bread latte and it was the perfect blend of coffee and sweet, which most places don’t get right imo. It had a subtle cinnamon taste and the banana wasn’t overpowering. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Would definitely try again.

I had a pleasant visit at the shop, just bought the bean. The staff was really helpful and listen while introduced well. I went there very late already, so there was not much of choices to select. The coffee is nice and aroma, we have NJEMU Kenya. Will revisit for other beans soon.

Great latte at around $6.60 with tax for the second to largest cup. Nice service area, fast service. Storefront looked clean and luckily it wasn’t busy so it was an in-and-out to get the coffee. There is limited baked goods that you can order at the counter. No seating within the store.

It’s five bucks for a coffee and I pick it up and it’s not enjoyable and yet somehow Im expected tip for this. Really getting out of hand today. It’s getting old and covid hand outs are over. Up your game please. The coffee was not even as good as Starbucks and they went off a cliff years ago. Lots of competition out there.

They serve you water, and if you ask for a cup to drink water from then they charge you for the cup. Poor, and a lot more money ori need than service. Look for other cafe at the airport

Pilot made the best coffee I had in Toronto in my 4 day stay (I was at the branch in the Bay-Adelaide building where they have a small outlet in the atrium)

Coffee is okay, but overrated. I had an Americano, and they add the boiling water on top of the espresso pour - not a great technique; boiling water "scalds" the coffee. Oatmeal & Earl Grey scone sure looks delicious, but it's just a pasty mess of a mouthful, unfortunately. No cash joint -- reeks of privileged mediocrity.

Worst coffe I have ever had, it was only a bit better than a room temperature coffee, service was bad.

Great barista made latte in a nice modern space on the concourse level. Expertly textured and delicious coffee.

Would have been five stars but they were out of chocolate on a Monday morning at 10am so I couldn't get a mocha. However, the vanilla latte was very tasty, as was the pastries we tried. We had a spinach thing that was very light and fluffy. The banana raspberry muffin was like banana bread with a hint of raspberry. And the ham and cheese croissant was amazingly good (though not in a crescent shape...) but stuff with gooey cheese and a couple pieces of ham.

Friendly staff who are happy to help with recommendations. Coffee and pastries are delicious and the take-home coffee was also delcious. The coffee they stock is fair trade and has a variety of flavours. Also lots of space to sit inside and out.

Delicious coffee with a very large cheddar and herb scone. It is located in the main corridor between the Go Train area and connecting with TTC or outside. We went upstairs to sit in the Via train area as the food court is in a different spot. It’s worth trying something different for coffee. Service was quick and friendly.

Great spot to grab a quick coffee at Union Station that isn't Tims or McD's, but if there's a line up I'd skip it. Takes a long time as most people are ordering fancy coffee drinks like complicated lattes and there is usually only one barista and one person taking orders so kinda slow. But if there's no lineup worth the visit. No place to sit down as its a to-go spot but lots of seating all over Union.
