Selling our home first time, we were naturally nervous and, considering that we were moving out of province for a job placement, we were under more than usual pressure to do things right and quick.
To ensure we have the best representation and taking the sale of our house very seriously, we interviewed 9 (nine) agents and were very surprised with lack of professionalism, enthusiasm, interest, and even plain arrogance in some cases.
Jennifer was prompt, very professional, easy to deal with and able and willing to explain every little aspect of the sale process. She also provided awesome staging advice and made sure our house looked great in the ads and virtual tour.
After only 11 days on the market, we had multiple offers on our house and Jennifer's enthusiastic attitude did not prevent her from being solid and firm during negotiations with the buyers. She did her best and, again was being able to back up every advice she had for us.
I am writing this review because I know how much I would have appreciated an insight like this when I was desperately looking for a good agent. Jennifer has my absolute confidence and I am willing to answer whatever questions anybody might have.
