Our family fave!! We come here and grab the frozen patties so we can enjoy them at home. We love the spicy ones. I like that they do not skimp on the filling. And the patty is so flaky!
Good staff and they have a pricing list up which is always helpful. It’s a store front so very small. Pricing for the boxes are the same price at Danforth market. Do with that what you will. The cocoa bread is a great deal as well. Only thing I wish they did was sell hot single patty’s
Getting them fresh makes a big difference from frozen. I like patty time in scarborough, but I don't want to drive there unless I'm in the area. These are very good though, and this is where I'll buy from going forward when I want to grab a box. If you live in Markham don't buy frozen from the grocery store, just go here and get them fresh.
Update - I finally remembered to try a second box. You need to ask them if they have any. They taste fine and they are $12 I believe.

the best patties ever!! they’re kind of hidden in the corner but you will find them lol. cash only 20 dollars a box of 12 patties. that’s a steal because their patties are FIREEE!
They come frozen, so make sure to microwave or air fry well to the hottest it can be for the best flavour! The extra spicy beef i highly recommend

My friend said she found this place on TikTok so we stopped by and got a dozen patties each. $20 cash only for 12 patties, in chicken, veg, spicy beef, or mild beef.
Super flaky and buttery/lardy crust (in a good way), and the mild beef filling was gooey and flavourful. I highly recommend putting in your toaster oven rather than the microwave so that you get the flaky and crispy crust. The instructions say 5 min at 350° in the oven, so I did 15 min at 350° in the toaster oven and it was perfect. I got mild beef, but i don't even think they needed to say "mild" bc that would assume even a slight aspect of spice. Next time I'd want to try the spicy beef. My friend said the chicken patty was delicious as well.
These are way better than your supermarket frozen patties!!

Updated photos May 27, 2024 on how to find this place.
Updated filling pictures and crust. First photo with one bite is microwaved for 1 min from unfrozen. Last picture is 2 minutes from frozen. In between photos are oven baked, as you can see a little more brown.
You must drive down that back parkway and it’s right there in the back corner of this plaza, check photos.
Hours are Mon - Fri / 9am to 4pm. Open sign isn’t on but they are open.
These are the best, hands down No question for frozen Pattie’s. It’s a factory and I don’t remember if you can buy them hot. I always got them frozen since I live far away. Cash only. I haven’t been in a while since it’s far from me but any time I go to the area I buy boxes/stock up. The crust is super super flaky and soft when you heat it up right. It also stays flaky when you microwave it and still tastes great! The filling is right to the edge of the crust and they are generous with the filling. The filling is by far the best I’ve had in terms of taste, quality and quantity for frozen. I always get the spicy ones. Chicken ones are good as well but Beef Spicy(not that spicy) is crazy good. They do have vegetarian and mild beef but never tried them lol as spicy beef is my go to. They are probably just as good in a different way. They Sometimes I will microwave it for 30 seconds to heat up the filling then throw it in the air fryer for ten minutes. Temperature cook will vary so you got to figure out your “sweet spot” on how to make them. Generally 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes with a mini oven is the best as it stays soft/crispy/flaky. Poke small holes to test if filling is soft. I always cook them upside down since it’s easier to poke the filling to test.
I see people complaining about the service but I never had an issue here. It’s pretty simple. Ring the bell, tell the lady what you want, pay cash and leave lol. It’s not a restaurant. Just a small hole in the wall with their production factory behind it. Easily 5/5 no competition. I never buy patties elsewhere unless I’m craving it big time because I always say it’s not as good as here. Consistency in every bite is what wins here. Also consistency in filling size has not changed over the many years. Had it few weeks ago as sister got me some but forgot to take pictures.
Been coming here for many many years, can’t remember how long.
If you get the time to make it there, you won’t be disappointed after you figure out how to heat them up.

HOW TO ORDER?
This is as fresh as it gets. This is where Michidean Patties are made and packaged before it hits the groceries. There is no customer service people here, only employees working part of the assembly process.
When you enter, you will see the employees working hard in the background. RING THAT BELL. Be patience and breath in the aroma of freshly baked patties. Many employees will come and tell you someone will be coming shortly.
Once the lady appears, tell her what you want. The prices are located to the left of the order taking window. She will tell you how much you owe. Then she will go to the back and grab your order. They only accept CASH. Bring your own shopping bags. Check what you got is what you ordered. That’s it. Painless.
They are only open Monday to Friday during business hours. They are hard to find because they are located at the North East Corner of the building.
Chicken, beef, vegetarian patties are what they sell. They also sell seconds.
No public washroom to use.
Not mobility nor accessibility friendly.
You come here for the patties and nothing else.
During my visit, there was a steady flow of customers. Cars are coming in and out, so be cautious when parking as they are located right at the corner.
