UPDATE: He never mentioned any extended warranty at all. Just look at how he treats me in the comment as a paying customer.

Before I begin my review look at the reviews before me. The owner has
made FAKE Google accounts to try and boost his google score without changing the names of the other accounts.

I thought I would try this dealership even with all the negative reviews, DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE. I bought a car from here only 1 and a half months ago. He originally told me the brake pads would be fixed and the car door locking mechanism would be fixed before I pick it up. Fast forward a few week and I've had to drive across the city atleast 6 times and they were still not fixed!

But that's sadly the least of my issues.
The first day I got the car it stalled out on me. I told him about it, he said not to worry about it. not knowing much about cars I trusted him (big mistake). Now the car transmission is fully broken, the owner will not reply to my messages and when I tried to return it his exact words " the car was fine the day it left the lot". Even though I told him the first day the car stalled! As a customer he was not willing to help me at all and I was out $4,000!

Please for anyone reading this avoid this dealership like the plague, you will be treated with any decency at another dealership.

***Edit, several years later: On two occasions the owner has replied to my review, trying to claim it is false, including again today. The last reply they gave was removed and was significantly more rude. Don't forget to take a look around at the other 1 star reviews as I am not the only one who had a terrible experience. You have a 3.5 rating for a reason my friend. Friendly reminder that I attached a photo of the payment coming out of my bank and have many conversations with friends and family about the experience, and if they really wanted to dispute it I do have records. Maybe just own it and do better :)***

Quoted me one price on the phone and then the price suddenly jumped substantially when I got there and he saw there was dog hair in my car. I had pre-vacuumed the car and there was not a lot of hair but I said yes to the extra fee anyway. When I got the car back, there was dust still on the front dash and they did not even touch the upper area by the back window. They did not touch whatsoever the area between the seats either. I paid you for a detail service, and you did what I could have paid my niece and nephew to do for $250 less. You provide a service for detailing yet complain when customers come with anything other than a clean car. There are several bad reviews of this service but you have to sort through them to see the 1 stars. Note all of the "Fake review" comments he replies, which work as well as "Fake news" does to dispute any claim. Owner has repeatedly bashed customers through review comments and then gone back and edited comments. I wish so badly that I had checked reviews before I decided to go here. Extreme buyers remorse :) Poor detailing, poor customer service, poor business. And no, this is not a fake review.

All around Clean and Professional, went in for a quick detail, got what I needed.

They are fine but expensive as there work. If you want to spend 215$ then find someone else and the deep clean is 215$ doesn’t have washing engine. Or please reduce the price to 150$ dollar. I had shared some pictures please have a look that these things is not like ENGINE, UNDER THE ARM REST, HEAT CIGARETTES HOLDER, THE SUNGLASSES HOLDER TOO.
