This appraiser is extremely unprofessional and charges WAY more than what is reasdsonable for a residential appraisal. I would not reccomend contacting this person. He went through with an appraisal after he was asked to wait until a specific date and lied about the date the appraisal was done in order to get paid. Sneaky and underhanded, a good way to ensure NO repeat business.
