The food is amazing, and sometimes me and my little sister gets a free mini freezie! The owners are extremely nice and respectful, the food wait is decent, and the variety of food and drinks there with such a limited space is genuinely mind blowing!! There are no tables there which is fine, but the space there can get cramped sometimes. Either way, the atmosphere isn't the best! But the food and service is definitely on point

Authentic bubble waffles, crispy and taste good. Pizza was a great touch if you’re hungry. The owners/couple are great and even included some freebies. Lemonade and freeze sticks.

This is the only place you should go to when you're in the area!
The couple are so sweet, hardworking, kind, welcoming, friendly, and overall the best!
The waffles are delicious and prepared perfectly for you!

I have been coming here since high school, and I believe that their food quality has only improved since then. There are so many options to choose from and they have an array of unique fillings and flavours. Waffles are made fresh and fluffy and delicious, and the couple that run this place are the absolute sweetest. It’s just the two of them behind the counter and it can get quite busy, especially on the weekends, but they continue to work fast and keep up great service. Last time, they offered a free lemonade when I purchased a waffle pizza!

Such a cute shop! Large menu consisting of meatballs, bubble waffles, ice creams and drinks from what I saw- but I’m sure there are more I didn’t catch! Very friendly owner/staff. They greeted me with a smile!

Bubble waffles were so tasty. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Alsoooooo mine were heart shaped!!! So so so cute!

Our daughter wanted two of her favourite desserts to share with her friends for her birthday. Toast Delight offered both—egg waffles and Thai rolled ice cream. We made arrangements with the owners the week before the birthday event. Our daughter and her friends each ordered their custom desserts in advance online (30 minutes before we arrived), thereby minimizing the wait time at this normally very busy vendor. Everything went very smoothly. The owners were super kind, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their special dessert treats. (My husband & I also enjoyed our order of Apple Cinnamon Thai rolled ice cream. So yummy!). Toast Delight does not offer any seating, but we were able to sit in the small food court / eating area in the mall.

We highly recommend Toast Delight for their beautifully crafted and delicious treats. We’ll be back, and we know our daughter’s friends will return with their families too!

This is a family favourite when I'm not travelling. The kids and I go here every few months. They have a great selection of ice creams and waffle items, even Waffle Pizza. If you're in Markham and visit Langham square, go upstairs and visit Toast delight.

This place is right above the T&T supermarket at Kennedy and Enterprise. The owners were extremely friendly, and their snacks were all made to order.

I had the black sesame hong hong egg waffle- it was both tasty and toasty!

My Mom and I came here after already having a fulfilling dinner. We got the original egg waffle with matcha ice cream. The old couple behind the counter were so sweet and kind. They made our waffle fresh and chatted with us while we waited. Simplicity works for this kind of business. There are not a lot of seating in or around the store, but there's nothing wrong with just standing and picking at the egg waffle. for $3 they provide 2 big scoops of ice cream. They offer lots of flavours for their egg waffles and lots of ice cream flavours as well. FYI - They do not offer soft serve here.

These egg waffles brought back childhood memories. They are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside--just perfect. Each is cooked to order, so it could be a bit of a wait but it is well worth it. They have an extensive menu with very interesting (or odd, depends on your taste) add-on ingredients for new flavors and new twists. The Hong Kong milk tea waffle was good (strong tea taste), so was the black garlic waffle--thin slices of roasted garlic was placed in each hollow space of the waffle--very interesting taste. The place is tiny but clean and bright. The owners are an elderly couple--so cute--very nice people. They obviously enjoy what they do and want to get it right. Well worth a visit for a taste of authentic HK style egg waffles--I'm so glad someone cares enough to open up a place serving it. Will definitely come back.
