We ordered the mochi puffs and macarons for our baby shower, and oh boy, they were an absolute hit! Every guest was raving about them. The mochi puffs had that perfect chewy texture, and the macarons were as delicious as they were beautiful. It’s rare to find desserts that look this good and taste even better. They really helped make our celebration special—thank you for the incredible food and service!
Extremely friendly family owned shop for my favourite place for mochi doughnuts.
- doughnuts are always fresh and made consistently the same every time I have come here on weekdays or weekends.
- best mochi doughnuts in the city compared to all the other shops
-cheapest price and they even lowered their prices this year 2026
-They also have viet banh mi now & cooked food which is very yummy and reasonable price
Highly recommend trying this spot! My go to place for mochi doughnuts and tasty viet food. Thank you!

I tried their banh mi and quite enjoyed it! The bread was crispy on outside and soft on inside… and the sausage was flavourful. I wish there was a little more pickled carrots and onions!
I don’t frequent Mochi Doh as much as I do because my waistline will hate me, but their donuts are true Mochi style donuts and they place the toppings on FRESH, so almost made to order.
And now they serve Banh Mi Subs and oh man, SOOOOO GOOD. The filling was just enough and the pate was wow. The bread was PERFECT, made in-house with just the right amount of crunch on the outside and soft chewy on the inside. But it’s something you can’t have sit too long…like any fresh bread (for those that are bread makers IYKYK) because then it’ll get too tough and chewy…but you can always microwave it a bit with a wet papertowel.
I’ve been on the hunt for good Banh Mi and now I think I’ve found it. I don’t know if it’s good or bad because I will definitely be back here TOO often.
Oh and they cater too!

Really wanted to like it but it definitely let me down.
Mochi donuts are average. The icing on top is more runny and melts much quicker - not thick. So if you like the more sugary icing, this is for you.
Their Bahn mi was disappointing.... I got the cold cut deluxe and thought the filling was okay, the bread was really tough to bite through and chewy. Definitely not fresh. The grilled chicken was not "grilled" it seemed more fatty and didn't have that nice charred / meaty like you would expect.
The honey yuzu lemonade tasted great but it was majority ice.
It also took 15-20 minutes to make everything which was a lot longer than expected. Possibly new hires but still, 2 sandwiches and a drink shouldn't take so long to make.

Craving for a quick snack, found this little gem 💖 Tried their "Milk and Cereal" and "Soy" (something soy forgot what's it called Lol) The mochi donuts are so bakery fresh and deliciously chewy. Will be back to try their sandwiches too!
best grilled pork banh mi in scarborough by far. Bread was perfect, sauce was amazing and the toppings weren’t overwhelming. Mochi donuts were alright. 10/10 would reccomend for the banh mis alone.
service was frear too, they were nice and it didn’t just feel like a transaction.
Atmosphere was great, quiet and the decorations fit the vibe of the store. Just a little cramped, don’t expect to eat inside with more than 3 people. Wasn’t hard to find parking either.

Have been coming to this location since they opened, their new food menu is a game changer! They have the best Banh Mi in Markham! One of the owners told me the Pate is their family recipe from Vietnam and it is delicious! The staff are lovely to chat with and very friendly. I will certainly be coming back!
Followed my cousin to this spot, I dived into a feast of Cold Cut Banh Mi, Crispy Pork Banh Mi, and Grilled Chicken Banh Mi, all ordered as combos with Iced Vietnamese Coffee, Iced Thai Milk Tea, and Sugar Cane Juice with Kumquat. Donuts, I had Ube, Strawberry, and Sesame for the win! The overall, let’s just say it’s a mixed bag. The bread was thicker than most places, which might not be everyone’s vibe. The Cold Cut (classic!) is worth a revisit, but the Grilled Chicken had an odd smell, and the Crispy Pork felt like a generic take. Despite the variety of toppings and kicks they offer, they lacked that standout character I was hoping for. The beverages, however, saved the day. The Vietnamese Coffee was bold, soft, and unapologetically perfect, just what I needed to wake up. The Kumquat Sugar Cane Juice was rewarding and refreshing, especially after a hectic week. The Thai Milk Tea, though... no fragrance, no flair, just a regular milk tea in fancy clothes. The donuts were funky and fun! The Ube and Strawberry stood out with vibrant flavors and refreshing aromas. The Sesame, unfortunately, fell flat, too mild to leave an impression. That said, the lightly chewy texture of these donuts is a winner. These are lightly dense yet satisfying, though some might find them a tad oily. I’ll definitely return for the donuts and drinks, but as for the Banh Mi? I’ll stick to the Cold Cut. Worth trying if you’re in the area!
