I am an oaa licenced architectural technologist. I was retained by barry in october to turn one of his properties into a duplex. A fee was agreed upon and I site measured the entire home and provided multiple designs then the project went dead. I called them and was told it was on hold for now. I invoiced them a partial amount of the agreed upon fee for work I had done. They were offended because the job wasnt done yet. They never paid and told me I was harassing them by contacting them. Shady character.. told me I must be hurting for money because i was invoicing before the project was completed. Insulting degrading and very unfair given the work I already put in. My advice for everyone is to be careful when dealing with them. Get a retainer or deposit before you do business with them are not of good or professional character.
