I have been an occupational therapist for 29 years and was drawn to this field by its focus on helping people regain independence in the activities that matter most. I value building strong relationships with my patients, listening to their goals, and working together to create personalized care plans that promote long-term function and well-being. My clinical interests include hand therapy and pediatrics, and I enjoy helping individuals of all ages increase independence and improve their quality of life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my four boys, exploring new places, learning about different cultures, snow skiing, rollerblading, and reading.
