ElderCare Consultants, founded and led by Mike Justin, is a Minneapolis-based care management firm serving clients nationwide. With over 150 years of combined experience, our dedicated team specializes in supporting seniors and adults facing health, cognitive, and functional challenges. Mike Justin, who holds a Social Work degree from St. John’s University and a Master’s in Psychology from St. Thomas, leads the organization as both the owner and care manager. Alongside him is a compassionate team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Social Workers, all devoted to providing professional, empathetic, and effective care management services.
