Power Properties

We were moving overseas for several years and handed our property in Midnapore over to Power Properties. After 2 years we came back to find our property in a state of ruin. Over $30,000 of damage was done and Power Properties would not cover 1 cent of the repairs. They were supposed to have insurance but told us they determined the damage was done over multiple incidents and a deductible was to be charged for each instance. They were unresponsive and unhelpful. It has been several years now and no response was ever received. My recommendation would be to avoid them at all costs.
