I've used many realtors over the years and Gord is by far the best I have ever come across. I kept thinking that at some point the slippery, sleaze and pressure would start but it never did. It's been 3 months since we took possession and anything that came up from the home inspection, or anything else, Gord has handled quickly and professionally, unlike almost all realtors who want you to just go away once they have their commission.
