I'm very happy with the work and service received. The price was higher then other quotes but I feel like I got my money's worth.

Had them do my handrail. It was done right and looks great

Quality of job is not worth the price paid. Loose spindles, creaky steps, rough finish (feels and looks like they barely sanded the hand railings).
Our job was over a month behind schedule. Cost was higher than originally discussed and planned.
They order too many spindles (25% too many!) and only credited me back the cost of the extra raw spindles but would not refund me any of the $1200 they charged me for labour, delivery and tax on the spindles.

We have been dealing with this company for the past 6 months and we still haven't seen any results.

We've tried numerous times to contact the company, they say they will call us back and they never do.

We even took this to the Manager and even he won't call us back to fix our handrail.

We currently have a two toned (different stains) handrail that is missing spindles.

I wouldn't recommend this company.
