Freshly baked bread and rich, creamy sandwiches with deep umami flavor make this a standout spot ✨️🤍 The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the overall taste is outstanding👌🏻. While the prices are on the higher side, the food and inviting atmosphere make it well worth a visit.

The almond pastry was interesting. The americano was good for North American standards though not quite on a European level. Overall one of the better cafes in Toronto though.

Top tier sandos. Been coming here for years now. Always have to get a focaccia for later as well. It's never a one buy shop! Always have to get multiple goodies here. Been to many Italian bakeries and they truly do stand out with their unique bread taste. A truly unforgettable experience every time.

Ok, so I just finished my sandwich and damn, it’s really good. I had the Mortadella and the bread has a nice crunch and flavour. It’s also great seeing their bread being created too. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Being a big fan of Almond croissants for as long as I remember, I finally found something even better and can never go back now!
Forno Cultura’s Cornetto Mandolra is packed with roasted Almond and the pastry is so flakey and most importantly, just enough sweetness that doesn’t leave you feeling guilty and heavy. It is definitely superior and I’ll ditch almond croissants for this anytime! Please please please keep this recipe and keep making them fresh! Such a gem!
The bakery has a hip style seating and really appreciate the goods more when you can see the hardworking bakers put all their hearts and souls into their creations.

Everything I've tried has been delicious, from the cookies (my absolute favourite is amaretti di pistacchio) to the pizza slices which usually have seasonal toppings. You can tell the coffee is great quality. The staff is really lovely as well.

I feel like for a bakery, it was disappointing for the worst part of the sandwiches to be the bread. Very hard and dry, I fear they gave us bread from days before. The much drool sandwich was really good in its fillings but the rest I just couldn’t finish. I’m not sure if I’d go back.

I got a recommendation to try this place in Toronto and I have to say that the culinary experience was somewhat underwhelming. Thing is - we went in with high expectations given the buzz, and I was a bit disappointed with the food. Not that it’s not good - on the contrary, if you like bread and pastries, this place does it well - but when it comes to breakfast sandwiches, I felt they were bland.
Their coffee s good though - and they have
this open kitchen concept which I thought was cool.
Overall, it’s still is a place to try given the quality of the ingredients used - but if you like flavors - you might wanna stay away from the egg sandwiches. It’s also on the pricey side - we paid 43$ for 2 sandwiches and 2 flat whites + 1 baba au rhum.

I had high hopes for Forno Culture given all the buzz, but overall it was just okay. The sandwiches were fresh, but nothing particularly stood out in terms of flavor. Bread was decent, but a bit too chewy for my liking. The ingredients seemed good quality, but the combinations felt kind of safe and uninspired.
Service was friendly, Prices are on the higher side, and I didn’t feel the experience or food quite justified the cost.
Not a bad place by any means, but I’m not in a rush to come back. Might give it another try in the future to see if things improve.

I was really impressed with the quality here! The bread is incredibly fresh and has a unique, interesting flavor. I tried one of their sandwiches and it was absolutely delicious — super fresh, tasty, and well put together. Definitely worth a visit if you appreciate good bread and quality ingredients!

Love this place! They have some of the best grab-and-go breakfast options in the city, and the cookies are a must — you really can’t go wrong with any of them. They’re a bit pricey for how small they are, but absolutely worth it for the quality and flavor. Not much outdoor seating, but there’s some available inside for when you want to enjoy your treats on the spot.

Grabbed a sandwich and a pastry from here and both were delicious. The focaccia used for the sandwich was perfect and the mushroom filling was tasty. The pastry was great, super flakey and buttery with such a tasty lemon filling in the inside!

Been here a bunch of times - every time it hits. The pastries are so unique and flavourful. My favourite is the chocolate poppyseed croissant (I think that's the one!). The staff is friendly, plus there's usually some free samples. Would highly recommend for unique semi-Italian pastries! If I lived close it would definitely be dangerous in multiple regards.
