For the most part good food and drink. Service during the days is usually really good, but most days the crowd is small, even though it is at the heart of 4 of the best heeled districts (Edgemont, Citadel, Hawkwood, and Hamptons). A better heeled crowd would encourage some of the goofs who wear ballcaps and just come in to vegetate to clean up their act, or move elsewhere.

Staff is mostly hard working- but there are a few supreme loafers that think they are fashion models- these should be skidded- as in always standing around talking to each other when it gets busy, not putting out the work, and just watching as customers prematurely leave. If this does not give Management the fits, it should- because it is costing them major revenue flow.

Improve the service for evenings/dinners and a better crowd with lots more money will undoubtedly visit and spend lots of it. If the main business is just ball capped goofs who drift in to drink and then fight at night, there is only one eventual outcome- going out of business.
