Ashlyn found her passion for nutrition and dietetics while completing her undergraduate degree at Northwest Missouri State University. She continued her education by completing her internship and earning her master's degree in medical nutrition from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has worked in an outpatient clinic where she helped patients reach their weight loss goals. Ashlyn believes every session should be tailored to fit the patient's dietary needs and work within their lifestyle, and wants to be able to help others build a healthy relationship with food while focusing on providing excellent patient care.
