My experience must be put as a negative one that almost cost me over $2800. The customer service was good; they accommodated us with a same-day service. The part that was not warranted is where they try to sell us a new system instead of fixing the existing one. The faulty part was a valve that had a leak (Little to my knowledge, the part was only $50 at Home Depot, and I was charged $450 + tax), and then that is when the sales pitch started. Luckily, I am educated and have some background in construction, so I was able to keep the conversation rational and determine that the only faulty part is the release valve. The salesperson (plumber apprentice) agreed that we could start there and gave us a quote. We agreed, trusting the professionals, yes, let's fix this problem since it was an active leak. We got a call that they can do it the same day, we were pleased and agreed.

Later that day, the salesperson (plumber apprentice) and another employee showed up to do the valve switch. It should have been only an hour's worth of work. The leak was fixed, but another issue arose when they turned on the water pressure tank. I thought it strange when they showed up the one person let air out of the blue tank, but he's the professional. Normally, I let the service professionals do their thing and offer them a drink and a snack, but in this case, I am glad I stuck around to inform them they needed to do it right. Long story short, they tried to blame the tank again and again. They called management, and that is when I finally walked them through step by step, according to Google for my make and model, how to set the cut-in and out for water pressure tanks, and we walked through it together to solve the issue. It was a great learning experience for the three of us.

My concerns with this whole interaction are how many elderly people are being taken advantage of and how many homeowners aren’t willing to question the professionals we are supposed to trust. Do yourselves a favour: do your research and question everything. Real trade professionals will appreciate the interest and put any question you have to ease, we did not find that with the staff that came to our residence, we felt they were trying to upsell us and take advantage.

quoted me $2000 to hydrojet my clogged shower drain because the already $500 snaking service wasn’t an option. they said this was the best they could do. i bought a drain snake from home depot to attach to a power drill and cleared up the issue myself in the end but to those who like me don’t know much better i’d say call actual local plumbers that want to help not people that just want to take your money.

My sink was clogged and I started to stress, but delta plumbers was recommended by a friend. They came out and replaced all the piping from my aging house and installed proper ABS pipes. Super grateful for y`all

I'm incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Delta. The plumber arrived 1.5 hours after the promised time window, causing significant inconvenience. Despite the urgency of a burst pipe, they were unable to fix it on the spot and suggested leaving my home flooded while water continued to pour in. To make matters worse, they insisted on a 30% upfront payment just to schedule a return visit the next morning to fix a pipe. Their push to replace a perfectly working sump pump felt like a money grab, and their quote was high compared to other plumbers. Overall, the experience was frustrating, costly, and far from professional. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone.

Chris did a great job plumbing my toilet, fixed my basement plugs , did some renovation in my kitchen and was overall a great service guy. Highly recommended
