I recently had a baby casting done through Cast In Love and the final product was a beautiful, well-crafted keepsake. Palash, the artist, was incredibly patient and gentle throughout the entire process. He took great care during the casting session, which made us feel comfortable and confident in the outcome. The attention to detail in the casting itself is impressive — it truly captures a precious moment in time.

However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The delivery timeline was significantly delayed — we received our keepsake at least three weeks later than the timeframe originally promised. While we understand that quality work takes time, better communication and more realistic expectations would go a long way.

Another downside was the placement of the artist's signature and company logo mark on the front of the keepsake. While we appreciate the craftsmanship, having these marks so visibly placed on what is meant to be a deeply personal item takes away from its sentimental value and aesthetic.

Overall, it’s a memorable piece and we’re grateful for Palash’s dedication, but we hope the company takes this feedback into account for future improvements.
