Utterly Pathetic and Unprofessional Service

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with this deep cleaning service was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. For a $300 deep cleaning, we received a service that was worse than a normal, basic cleaning.

We booked for an 8-hour deep cleaning, and only one person showed up who did not have basic cleaning knowledge and who was also late with zero communication until I called to check. They didn't come with proper supplies and used the same mop cloth all over the house.

The results were shocking. The floors were left sticky, and the glasses were foggy. We had to go back and redo all the work ourselves the very next day.

When someone from the company called for feedback, they offered a 50% discount on a future service. What trust could we possibly have to spend more money with this company again after such a completely dissatisfied and expensive first impression?

For a service booked as "deep cleaning" for 8 hours they should have sent at least two experienced professionals. This was a complete waste of money and time.
