Bob Schmueckle was quick and friendly. Came out to my property to assess and was able to fit me into the schedule the same week. He kept communication stable with me the whole way.
I was appreciative as the requested job was for my load bearing post which had rotted out and lost contact with the ground. More updates to follow.

John and his team were very professional and flexible. We had our roof replaced by another roofing company who failed to install it properly, which caused extreme water damage throughout our entire home. John was very experienced when it came to working with our insurance company. John and his team demolished our entire 3,200 sf flat roof, installed a new great looking roof and repaired the interior of our home. The roof is doing a great job, and the interior of our home looks brand new.

Bob is the worst.

To test out how strong the windows are Bob punched the glass 5 times increasingly harder each time until it shattered in my driveway and cut his hand all up.
That’s not even the worst part about bob. He can’t remember hardly anything you tell him. I suspect an alcohol problem. UPDATE: he didn’t clean it up. In fact I had to get him a garbage bag so that he could put your shattered window in it. I had to vacuum it off my driveway because he had no way to clean it.

Bobs scheduling involves him missing the deadline he made and then calling you a week overdue to let you know they’d be there next week. Be prepared because he calls all the time at 9:30pm often times and still gets it wrong.

I was going to have 9 windows replaced and my whole house resided with hardie plank siding. They sent over 2 old guys that move like they make love, take 30 breaks a day and spend most of that loading and unloading the same material they loaded and unloaded yesterday. Their age and speed wouldn’t have mattered much to me if it weren’t for their quality. The vapor barrier didn’t overlap on the first 2 corners before I fired them. Those corners will have to be redone or water will get in and rot the corner stud. Horrible reveals. Whole siding panel edges that don’t line up to anything what so ever. I called bob and his siding guy out to show them the broken pieces of siding. What does the siding guy say? “It’s getting covered” oh so don’t worry about the broken pieces you tried to install and charge me for? UPDATE: John says how dare I post unfinished work because he’s scared people are seeing the awful horrible work he try’s to pass off to people for payment. Look at all the broken pieces John!!! I was willing to do business with you guys up until the point your siding guy walked away without saying anything after I pointed out all the broken boards and gaps that don’t line up to anything.

They’ll be long gone with your money by the time you notice.

Bruce (the siding installer) had no rebuttal to any of this except it’s getting covered and drove off without saying a word while we were discussing quality.
The window guy was the only one who I can say did a good job. John Drury runs his company on auto pilot well pretty much right into the ground.

I found this company after searching for a patio cover on Home Advisor and Angie's List and getting multiple quotes from others. None gave me a lower estimate than Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling. I was able to work directly with the owner to finalize the plans, payment, and any additional concerns for my project. In addition, their sales team to include administrative assistants in the office were great to work with when detailing the scope of work. Contracting crew was on time for the 2-day project, completed the work and cleaned up completely when it was done. My new patio cover is beautiful and exactly what I asked for!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them!

I found Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling through Angie's List. I needed gutters installed, the sooner the better, as recent rains and poor drainage had started to erode the soil protecting my home's foundation. I had lined up three companies to come out to my home and do measurements and estimates. I didn't even wait for the third estimate. Bob S. with Rooftop Roofing showed up on time, listened carefully to my needs, explained the measurement process, explained the company's products versus various competitors and the associated costs and advantages and disadvantages of each product, drew out his gutter installation design concept and calculated with me the cost of the project, and even spent time making sure we had a perfect paint match to the existing paint on my house. I immediately felt like Bob and the company had my best interest at heart (and I'm a skeptic by nature). I signed the contract immediately. 24 hours later, the installation crew was at my house, led by Jeffery, who was efficient, professional, and thorough. A few hours after that, I had a gutter system installed, paint perfectly matched to my home's existing trim, and complete with oversized downspouts to account for the infrequent yet torrential rains we sometimes get here in San Antonio. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the work they do, and the bang for the buck.
