Dr. John Gallagher, OD, is a primary care optometrist at Clarkson Eyecare and has practiced full-scope optometry for nearly thirty years. He attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where he completed his Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Gallagher then completed training in ocular disease and uses that valuable knowledge now when sees patients with glaucoma, macular degeneration and systemic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Gallagher also completed additional training in postoperative cataract care and other various surgical procedures.
