Dr. Kasey Manning grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and attended the University of Louisville, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences. She fell in love with optometry when she started working for a local optometric office as a technician during her undergraduate studies. She then went forward to attend the Kentucky College of Optometry at the University of Pikeville. Dr. Manning completed clinical rotations throughout Eastern and Central Kentucky where she was mentored by extremely knowledgeable ophthalmologists and optometrists, gaining experience in: co-managing surgical patients, ocular disease, primary care, emergency care, contact lenses, and ophthalmic laser and surgical procedures.Dr. Manning and her husband have
