We recently bought a 111 year old home in Clinton, Indiana that needed some TLC, Arron and his team from Patriot Property Pros came to our rescue with solutions to our dreams. Remodeled completely our bath, turning a 100+ year old nightmare into a real dream bath and walk-in shower, we tore out the old carpeting and exposed the original wood floors, which were not with trying to refinish, new planking was installed and what a difference it made, front porch needed a new door so PPP installed a new 36” door/storm door to replace the old 32” door plus we added two coach lights on either side of the new door and two gfi outlets to the porch for Christmas lights.
Remodeling a 100+ year old home raises many challenges and Arron and team PPP work their way through everyone of them.
Quality materials, high level of craftsmanship, and even better, very reasonable prices made our experience with Patriot Property Pros one that I can recommend to anyone looking for a solution to your remodel project.

Show up on time, take a lot of care with flooring they have to walk on to get to my bathroom. Do a great job tearing the old shower/tub out and keeping their mess to a minimum. Their cleaning up after they are finished is second to none. If I ever have a place of my own I will be calling them if I EVER need work done. If you look at this picture above the shower will be painted by my property maintenance man Nick tomorrow because everything needs to dry and set. They handled everything professionally and were done within the time frame quoted. Kitchen upgrades, bathroom remodeling, and new floors. Arron and his crew were very likeable and polite. The project was completed earlier than I expected and was perfect. My house was left clean and all materials were taken away and my property left clean as well. I highly recommend this company!
