Dr. Alisa Strickland earned her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Carolina State University and her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Optometry. She completed a Primary Care Residency at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, and later taught there for three years. Dr. Strickland has practiced optometry in Tennessee, Indiana, Florida, and most recently in Greenville, NC. She is now practicing in her home county of Johnston.
