Excellent work. On Point Roofing Repair did some general roof maintenance for me. Replaced a bunch of cracked/broken tiles, secured slipped tiles, resealed all vent pipes, clean outed and widened all valleys which weren't done properly to begin with, and sealed mortar caps using clear sealant. Hauled away debris. I also appreciate they took photos before and after to document what needed to be done, and what was done. They seem very detailed and thorough. Competitive/fair pricing. Shabir was very helpful throughout the whole process. My parents had a small leak Shabir came out to take a look and showed us exactly where the roof was damaged. He sent us an estimate the next day and got the repairs done within a week. We really appreciated the before and after pictures.
