Mr. Danahy successfully negotiated a settlement with the insurance company to my very happy satisfaction within 6 months of his starting my case. To put this in perspective and to see what an outstanding job he did, my first claim (which had to go through the Appellate Court) took 6 yrs to settle. This was due to the fault of insurance company stalling at every turn. I was so pleased that I did not have to go through arbitration, mediation or to court.
