The place is very clean and quiet. The one can feel the calmness and peace at the center. I took postnatal and abhyanga massage therapies. Both were quite relaxing. Ritu ji is very good in explaining the need of the treatment. I recommend to visit this place

I had such a pleasant experience at Sukhveda Ayurveda Center! I went in for Abyanga and Shirodhara treatments, and they were both amazing for restoring my energy balance. The atmosphere is so calming, and I instantly felt relaxed as soon as I walked in.

I have had a great experience with the Ayurvedic therapies and consulting with Rituji. The Shirodhara procedure feels nourishing and relaxing. I also recommend the consultation to get a wholistic treatment that Rituji recommends out of her years of Ayurveda practice.

Got to know about Dr Ritu from my neighbor friend. She recommended Sukhveda as she got lot of health benefits from Ayurvedic treatments. Took Ayurvedic Consultation to start with & as prescribed by Doctor took Shirodhara session, fealt so relaxed & rejuvenated. I had lot of spring allergies itchy eyes and runny nose. Abhyanga (massage) was also provided before Shirodhara which made entire session so relaxing, I slept so good.

Ritu has years of experience and is a very skilled Ayurvedic practitioner. The Ayurvedic therapy, Abhyanga, has helped me significantly post-delivery.
