I heard screaming and yelling outside my house, saw a heavier looking guy next to a lanson drywall van swearing at my neighbor across the street painting their house. I have 3 young children and they all heard it, that is NOT acceptable behavior especially in a private strata. Shame on you!
Keep your guys on your own site on Mt washington. We dont need you coming onto our site screaming and swearing at my crew infront of children and families directly across the street. Next time I'll send you a $500 bill and sell it to collections for wasting my time.
Absolutely wonderful experience in every way. We were managing our own full house reno and addition and the crew at Lansons treated us exceptionally well. The office was always kind and helpful on the phone, estimators were quick to respond and to visit on site and the work crews were wonderful to have in our home with great attention to detail. They even went above and beyond to help us correct some less than perfect framing from other trades in order to get us the level of finish we were hoping for.

Contacted Lanson's regarding a small renovation at my house. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded to my inquiry and how quickly, efficiently, and professionally they completed the work. I won't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.
After committing to a job we’ve been planning for months, they left us high and dry in the last days, and we had to go to a more professional drywalling company instead. We do not recommend Lanson’s and recommend you look elsewhere. It put us behind schedule because of them canceling our job.
Had Lansons spray foam the rim joists and underneath my front porch on my house. I dealt with Dave from the beginning, after calling around I found all the prices were quite similar but Dave was the most informative and given that my job was very small he said I could look into a diy kit which I did and I would have saved little to no money for a less quality job. They showed up within the week right on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend Dave and his crew.
The people at Lansons have just completed our new build. We hired them for our spray foam, batt insulation and drywall. First the insulators, then the clean up crew. Next the drywallers, then the clean up crew. We had a couple of problems with the drywall which were caused by the framing. We talked to our rep, he asked how we wanted it done and they did it without charging us extra. The price is reasonable and the coordination is amazing. Pick these guys.
I recently hired Lansons to insulate and drywall my new home. These guys are the real deal! They are professional, always show up when they say they will, i am picky and I must say that I couldn't find one imperfection, prices are very competitive and to top it off they have professional cleaning crews that come in afterwards and remove all the left over debris and even go as far as scraping left over mud and vacuuming all the dust! Do yourself a favour and hire these guys for your next project.
