Walking into Elevate Rehabilitation was the best decision I ever made for my body!

After months of MRIs, PRP injections, working with other physiotherapist and osteopaths etc…nothing had changed or improved and no one could tell me what was wrong. I walked in with a limp and within a couple of weeks working with Mike, I was already feeling significantly better. He was able to clearly pinpoint the problem and educate me on the approach we should take. Everyone on the team is so knowledgeable, approachable, and it’s just an overall very motivating environment to be a part of.

I can’t thank Mike enough for helping me through what were the most challenging months of my life both physically and mentally and I can’t recommend him enough to anyone struggling with any injuries!

What I love most about this place is the sense of community (And they always have an epic playlist going! )

I had a great experience at Elevate. The staff were kind, professional, and really took the time to understand my needs. My physiotherapist was knowledgeable and made me feel supported throughout my recovery. I felt noticeable improvement after just a few sessions. This was the first time I came to elevate rehabilitation for physio and I had an amazing experience. All of the staff who work there are so kind, welcoming and supportive. I worked with Shak for about 2 months for my high ankle sprain. He really helped me to understand the healing process of this injury and motivated me each session to work my hardest!
