5M Automotive is a top-notch auto care shop. Their customer service is excellent and highly professional. During my interaction with their master mechanic Mohammed, I got to know he's a humble and very experienced mechanic expert in Asian cars as well as other makes/models. He addressed all my questions and offered various options for the repairs needed (budget friendly included) supported by clear detailed estimate. Once we agreed on the repairs, I was kept informed of progress throughout the process. In fact, Mohammed went above and beyond by going with me on a test drive to ensure I was satisfied with the repairs given my issue was related to some humming noise coming out while driving at high speeds on the highway.
In addition, Mohammed made some great recommendations based on his evaluation of my car's overall engine condition which I found to be very helpful as preventive maintenance.

At the end of the day, I had a very positive experience as my problem was resolved in a timely manner. I will definitely come back again for any future needs and recommend this shop to everyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto care shop.

What a great experience. It’s difficult to find an automotive service that is trustworthy, and where you feel comfortable and easy. Mr. Mohammad is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. The office is clean and well set. I don’t believe anyone should look anywhere else.

Mr. Mohamed is a true professional. I brought my car to him with an oil leak issue, and not only did he expertly fix the leak, changed the brake pads, and gave the car a good clean from all the grease.
