The teaching way of a instructor Sunil S is really excellent . He used very examples to make us understand. The overall experience was really good.

Kyle was a very friendly and thorough instructor! I was able to ask as many questions I needed and I felt very safe in my learning process as I am a bit shy to ask questions, kyle was very kind and covered all topics thoroughly- I would highly reccomend this class to anyone! After years of using this place I can say this is my go to training spot!

Instructor Tulika was amazing! A+++! Very informative, knowledgeable, and easy to approach! There's plenty of parking on site, but make sure to park underground so your vehicle won't get towed. Highly recommend!!!

I attended my first aids class today. The instructor (Lalita) was super friendly and explained everything so clearly that it was easy to understand. Since she is an NP, she is knowledgeable which made the class even better.

Yesterday was my last day of the Standard First Aid & CPR course. The instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name for the review — he was a tall white man (sorry if that sounds rude). Over the past two days, the instructors’ teaching inspired me to want to teach others as well, so I applied for a CPR instructor job. They truly had a positive influence on me

I was supposed to do my training at the Richmond location but was told on the day (like 40 mins before the start time) that my course was cancelled. Good thing Coquitlam location did not take long for me to get there. So 1 star for that!

Lalita, the Coquitlam instructor, did the training well. So 5 stars for that.

I have been taking first aids class many times but this is the most effective concised class I have ever been. Thanks to Tulika the instructor that have given very positive atmosphere, pleasant and comprehensive information to all of us. Glad that I chose this class (very recommended).

I signed up for a two-day class and after completing the first day, the second class was cancelled without any notice. Waited almost 30 minutes outside before calling customer service and they rebooked me for another day but at another location that's really inconvenient for me.

I just completed the Standard First Aid with CPR C course with Tulika, and it was excellent. Tulika's expertise and engaging teaching style made the material easy to understand and apply. Her clear explanations and practical approach ensured I felt well-prepared. Highly recommend this course and instructor!!!!!!!

My experience was excellent! My instructor was Richard and he is the great with keeping your attention throughout the entire class. It was very informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had Tulika as my CPR instructor. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Also, she made the course quite practical and simple to allow students to understand what were the key points to take away. Overall an excellent learning experience!

My instructor on my first day was fantastic. Richard has lots of experience and made sure everyone had realistic expectations of what real life first aid looks like as well as making sure we are all confident in our knowledge and abilities by the time we walked out the door at the end of the day
