I took the healthcare provider BLS certification with Kyle and found the course excellent because Kyle was able to reinforce some of the most important aspects of the primary survey and secondary survey. The delivery was comprehensive. The classroom topics were covered in real time allowing everyone to practice thoroughly. I hope Kyle continues to work as an instructor. All the best.

I took a CPR/BLS class with Dave and he was fantastic! Super funny, engaging, and really knows how to teach in a way that sticks. He used real-life stories that made everything easier to understand and remember. It wasn’t just a class it was actually fun! Highly recommend learning from Dave if you get the chance.

Training, facility and the equipment were excellent. Our instructor, Sonam did a great job with the class and also with hands on demonstration. I would definitely come back again for the renewal!

This course was so good! My instructor (unfortunately didn’t get name, but small, skinny East Indian RN with long hair) was really great: very knowledgeable, efficient, great communicator, and excellent teaching method. The information was thorough, important information & skills repeated and practiced. Highly recommend my instructor & course!

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding the course.

1. Instructor: My instructor, Sonam, is simply amazing and the entire course today was such joy to the classroom. Despite having classes from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, she made the learning experience enjoyable and engaging. I learned so much but effectively in just one day, and her teaching style made the material easy to remember.
Sonam is truly a gem!

2. Communication: I had to reschedule my classes due to my baby being sick, and the manager was very kind and understanding in this situation.

However, I encountered a slight issue with communication. I reminded the rep (Joanna) about my upcoming class after not hearing back from her. I waited but no response, I called early the day before, but she only responded to my email around 10:00pm after my email(seemed like she forgot until I emailed her) and despite reminded her about the class next day, waiting for her reply whole day about the class today.

Due to this communication hiccup, I hesitate to give a full five stars at first. However, Sonam’s outstanding instruction truly deserves ten stars, as she made this experience incredibly valuable despite the minor setback.

Dave Eden was my instructor today for the child care emergency first aid course at Surrey location. The day went quickly as Dave made it fun, and provided very organized sessions for us to follow. He used the very plain language and real-life stories to explain the terms and procedures, which is very friendly for non-native speakers. He is really good at summarizing the course contents, that helped me fully understand and get the points. In order to successfully pass the exam, what we need to do is to pay attention to Dave’s speech as he has covered everything that we need to know for the training. I will definitely recommend this course to my colleagues. Thank you!
