We recently purchased an 18-foot trailer from Top Shelf Trailers, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. The trailer was exactly what we needed, solid, well-built, and perfect for our business. They even delivered it to us, which made everything so convenient. Awesome company to deal with. Every time I had a question about the trailer build they answered the phone. I never had to leave a message. The driver who delivered my dump trailer was great. Took his time going over the trailer with me. Megan in the office was great to deal with. Over all the trailer is built well. Better than what I can get where I am. Only down side is the paint quality isn’t the greatest but I guess it is a dump trailer

Not even home yet from picking it up and can say I’m not very impressed with the paint quality at all. Not even 24 hours old just going down the road. I understand stand it’s a dump trailer but I will be lucky if it doesn’t rust out this first winter with how the paint quality is.

Well after getting home found a lot more paint missing or chipped. I feel if I look at it wrong the paint will flake. Kinda disappointing on a trailer that was almost $12,000. Literally just got rid of a dump trailer that had horrible paint and I fell like it continues.

Love my new trailer! Delivery was way earlier than expected, picked up on 5th May, 2025 and already thinking about ordering another. Keith helped hook up trailer and went over every detail of trailer with me, great customer service.

So grateful for our awesome dump trailer and the excellent experience!!! We had been following this company for months looking for a dump trailer. From the first minute we called and Reva answered, we knew that their knowledge of the product and customer service was absolutely the best in this industry. We ordered our trailer, showed up and it was all ready to go. Keith was *super* patient with us and our 4 kids as we went through everything about the trailer. We zoomed back the 9 hours to Virginia and are already working the trailer this morning picking up the first loads. Truly a fantastic experience with a great company. It was also telling how engaged and cheerful all of the employees were, from the guys in the mechanic shop to the office staff.

The trailer showed up today (9/23/24 8pm) and is amazing. Customer service is out of this world. It's so much better than any other trailer i have seen. The price beat everyone. I got every upgrade they had for my trailer. I will still buy from this company, no doubt at all! I will give a 6-month review later on and let everyone know how it performs after breaking it in. Delivered it right to my house for free. I also advise on getting the hydraulic jack because i doubt i go to anything else. I also recommend getting the wireless remote.
Update: Although I still like the trailer and customer service, it is the best around. The paint is not so much. Not prepped very well because, as you can see from the pictures, it was dropped off at the end of September, and for 3 months, you can see the rust is starting to come through. Another 4 months it it will be all rusted. Update: they fixed all the paint issues, and it came out great. Best company put there. 100% back their stuff.

Amazing customer service was between 2 different brands but after a few calls and the build sheet. This trailer is built stronger and set up better than the competitors. Keith answered all our questions and gave us a thorough walk around for the delivery inspection. Thanks guys we will see you soon for another.

I own a Dump trailer dumpster service. Top shelf trailers are a great value for the price. 4 hinges on the dump body and thick frame rails. Doors are tough and simple with sturdy door hold open pins. If your looking for a strong trailer with a telescopic lift that’s competitively priced these are it. If you want a fancy powder coated trailer with dexter axles look at some other manufactures.

Good trailers I will buy more as my business expands.

Small things I would like to see changed.
1. Tag location is bad. It’s close the ground and smacks everything at the landfills.
2. Mask things before paint. Latch’s , landing gear, axles.
3. The electric brakes never really work well compared to Dexter.
