Stick with the honest, affordable mechanic you know. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I had a van with a bad head gasket and took it here for a second opinion. I should have trusted what my mechanic had said instead of doubting him. Even their oil change side turned into a scam. They tried charging me $50 for a basic oil change!! Insane lol, thank God I asked before they actually started the oil change. I told him I've never paid that much for an oil change in my life and left. Overpriced, dishonest, condescending. Scam. Will never be returning here again.

Great experience with this mechanic shop from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The work was completed on time and at a fair price with no surprises. My car is running better than it has in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

These guys are top notch! Very knowledgeable ASE certified mechanics. They will work with your warranty company and do all of the leg work. All I had to do was drop it off, sign paperwork, and drive away. I got one text from my warranty comoany to tell me work was approved. I got two rear control arms, intake manifold gasket, and a skid plate that had fallen off all with nothing outbox pocket. From what I saw in the lobby, they'll work with you on financing repairs with little to nothing down. Its worth giving them a chance to quote your work. They also have two oil and fluid change bays. I will be taking my Audi there for all of my auto services. Oh and if you have to leave your car, they'll guve you a ride home. Great customer service.

I am beyond happy with your guys work and dedication. When my truck shut off in the middle of the road with my two children in freezing temperatures, they came and picked it up immediately. Henry was diligent, took great care of my vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was completely resolved so it wouldn’t happen again. I am beyond satisfied with the service and truly grateful for Henry's professionalism and care.

Horrible place! Avoid! I made an appointment to have a car alignment for the following day at 1 PM, drove an hour to get there, only to tell me there would be a 2 hour wait, then they told me they couldn’t do a alignment on my car because they didn’t have the right equipment for the car type. And when I asked why didn’t they ask me the type of car on the phone to confirm they could align my car, they told me it was my fault for not telling them over the phone preemptively. What!?! I’m just a customer, I have no idea how alignments work, I just assume they can do it or if they need additional details they would ask. Total ridiculous. They were very rude and didn’t seem to give a crap about anything.

Best experienc , my brakes came off and I drove and they provided me with best deal , that also works financially also they did really quick that , Henry did estimates real quick which was convenient for me and my budget highly recommended place.

This place is happy to give you a tow and a ride. They are shysters once they get your car locked in with all their fees. Then lie about the issue and what they fix. Rated a F with the BBB. run away from this place.

Went to get a wheel alignment but they couldn't do it because I had other problems but they gave me a list of what needed to be fixed first, very nice people

My experience was great! The service was fast and the price was affordable. This place was recommended by my warranty company.

Took my journey in to get the transmission fixed. Came home to find it still leaking after they said they fixed it so they had me bring it back. They so called fixed it again for me to bring it back home for it to leak again. Again I brought it back two more times after this and it's still leaking. They charged me 4000 to do the transmission and it still leaks. I had to bring it to another mechanic and he told me he hears ALOT of really bad things about this shop and that it looks like they tried to glue it several times and used extremely cheap parts. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS AND DONT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT ROBBERS!!!!

What up tho !!!! My man henry one of the best customer service guy i have ever meet from talking over the phone to bringing my car in and taking my car and this guy is just honest and precise with every word he says!!! My car was making a very bad knocking and banging and all kind of crazy noises and when henry told me to bring it in and that motorcity will take care of it they sure did !!!! I will definitely be coming back for every small problem i got to regular maintenance me amd my family!!!

Awesome & affordable service. They explain everything to you, prioritize the critical fixes you need right now. I have an older car that was hard to find parts for but everything was done promptly, not like other slow shops that will keep your vehicle for a week.
