Mail Boxes Etc.

This location closed unexpectedly and no direct communications from UPS "the company", lost my money, no refund on my business cards or all of the changes I was FORCED to make as a result of this. Yes the "forwarded mail" to another UPS store totally outside of my home and driving area and laid the responsibility for "picking up irate client pieces" at the "new" franchise owner's doorstep...Nice...who are these people and I have no plans to EVER use their services again, have their customer reputation suffers and everybody should know about their lack of customer service

Store closure total surprise after just being asked to pay next several month's installment. Also had just created new letterhead, business cards etc. Yes UPS did set up a forwarding of mail (after about a week and a half) but now mail is delayed and new location not at all convenient. When I asked about refund - UPS corporate did a fast distancing job, basically these are all independant and they have no responsibility. Nice!

I prepaid 2 years on a mailbox for my business address. I s=howed up at the store on April 19th and suddenly there was a sign informaing that teh store was closed. What a nightmare. I have to change all my company letterhead, FOrward my-mail. Find another company that offers similar service and it seems that I have lost my money!
Apparantly the UPS franchise model is geared to make its franchisees got bankrupt from what I have been reading.
