It’s just the norm for them . This is how they have stayed in business since 1947 . Good service , at great prices . Plus the above and beyond - perfect recipe for success .
David snuck my car in to get looked at - when they were clearly busy AND THEN on top was able to fix the problem then and there - again despite being busy .
I don’t think many garages would have done all that work right on the spot .

Had a very pleasant experience today with the shop and David! I was looking for advice on tires and he was very straightforward with me..gave me decent options and was very happy to even show me the differences in each tire.. Got my tires changed in 30 minutes!

Great place for winter and summer tire swaps, brakes and alignmens. I've been coming to Johnston and Magwood for over 10 years. David and Sal have been great with my vehicles letting me know when I need new brakes and helped me choose the perfect rims and tires for all my vehicles. Staff are friendly facility is clean with a nice waiting room where you can watch them work or even step out and grab a quick bite since there are many options in under 10 mins walking distance . Thanks Johnston and Magwood team!

Had 2 seized lock lug nuts and rusty. Called many wheel and mechanic shops, and some would not even touch this wheel issue. That's to Johnston and Magwood service technician Andre for removing the lug nuts and the entire staff for the excellent customer service.
