My experiences with Dr. Sidiques office staff are personable and professional. After checking in for your appointment you are called back quickly by the doctor. My time spent with the doctor is beneficial. We talk about how I have been doing and if I have any concerns about my treatment plan. They are always there for you and your mental health.

The Doctor was nice & attentive during the visit.
But when I had severe side effects from the new medication & left a message with the nurse I got no response for fours days. Now it’s the weekend. Who knows if they’ll ever respond. Not a good fit for me.

Dr Siddique is kind, caring, and efficient. Nurse Cheyenne and front desk person Denise were the same. I have high hopes about my recovery now. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Dr. Siddique’s clinic. The front office staff was friendly and helpful, my appointment was timely, the nurse was great and I really enjoyed speaking with Dr. Siddique. He asked great questions, took time to explain everything to me throughly and gave many many different solutions to resolve my problems. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend Dr. Siddique!

Appointment was very relaxed. Professional and easy going atmosphere. I instantly felt comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I feel like my appointment was not rushed he took his time to ask questions and get answers needed. Highly recommend

I appreciated Jessica coming to my room at the nursing care facility in order for me to be seen. It is so much easier than my having to go to the office in Decatur. Even tho I knew she was ‘working’ , I still felt that she cared about me and how I was feeling. She didn’t seem to be in a hurry to leave me and she answered my few questions. I was happy with the visit.

truly the worst psychiatrist i’ve ever seen, and the other “doctor” or whatever she is , is insanely rude and does not care about the wellbeing of her patients. they made me go through withdrawals from one of my medications because they don’t believe in continuing certain prescriptions even if it’s the only thing that has worked for you. they also will change your dosage without telling you. so unless you plan on letting your mental health decline, or get worse, don’t step foot in this office.

I see Shanique at the Decatur location and she has been amazing! I have been going here for over a year and they have helped me in so many ways. I highly recommend this office to everyone I know in search of this kind of care.

Had another great visit with Florence and I don’t have to go back for 2 mos. I love that office. Everyone I have encountered, in cluding Dr S has been absolutely Great!

While my doctor is great the front office staff is FAR FROM IT. Poor communication almost every single month. When my referral was expired they waited until the day before my appointment at 3:47 to tell me they would need to reschedule because I needed a new referral. That was on a Friday afternoon and my appointment was Monday. How was that professional or fair? My next appointment, which was virtual, they sent me paperwork that needed to be filled out before my appointment began. This was roughly an hour before my appointment while I was at work. Cant pay for the appointments if I don’t keep my job and can’t keep my job if I’m doing personal things while I’m being paid. That’s the entire reason I intentionally schedule my appointments AFTER work. Again, UNPROFESSIONAL. These are just 2 examples of their failures and I have many more.

So, if you don’t work and have nothing better to do all day than check your phone for last minute updates from the practice, they will be a great fit for you. If you work normal hours and can’t be on your phone 24/7 while on the clock, go literally anywhere else.

As far as the actual physicians, they are top notch. Almost always on time, listening to all your needs and updates, prescriptions filled on time, and a safe a comfortable environment.

It’s disheartening to think about the people they will never be able to help because the front office doesn’t complete their tasks in a timely or professional manner because the doctors here are incredible and knowledgeable.

Dr. Siddique’s office has the friendliest staff. They are always smiling and always friendly. Love his office. Dr. Siddique is an amazing physician. Very attentive and caters about your concerns. Shanique is amazing too. She’s very friendly and attentive. She cares about your questions and concerns. She doesn’t rush to get you out of her office.

Always an absolutely amazing and perfect experience every time I go here for an appointment and the absolutely most amazing, wonderful, and perfect staff here too! So thankful, grateful, and blessed to have found this practice and to be a part of the family here too!

Very very smart doctor. Really gets to know his patients and what they need. I recommend him for anyone who needs a psychiatrist

I love Dr Siddique. He is so wonderful, he actually listens to me and understands how I’m feeling. He also takes his time with me and I don’t feel like I’m pushed to hurry up and get out of there. I feel like I can tell him anything I do highly highly recommend him.
