I’m writing this so that the owner will look into this and take an immediate action.
1.customers are at your place for a relaxed and warm experience instead the choice of music is too loud which is not related to beauty service. I know it’s your regional language and it’s your personal preference not everyone has to listen to it.. we don’t feel relaxed as the type of music is way too loud and makes the brain even more active . especially we spend more than 60mins for facial or other services . The music is too loud and not helping us to relax nor enjoy the service at the full cost we pay. This is one change which can be made easily .
Also, the person who is doing the service kindly listen to your customer and keep your voices low. You can talk but respect each others privacy.
Waxing - I think you are using rollers but not all customers will accept it . Before changing the method of waxing kindly ask customer’s permission for me I try to keep rollers away as it causes in grown hair . I had terrible experience. Then from next service I ask for traditional waxing service only.
Haircut, I just asked for face framing . Stylist was old lady.. she did something and just didn’t have the courtesy to dust off the hairs bits from my face or body.. she just walked away and charged me. It’s one of the unpleasant experience.
Kindly train your staff members on these aspects and ask them to be welcoming. If they are not interested please ask them not to waste any customers time . If all this conditions are improved the business will also benefit you with more profit with lots of positive reviews.

I am a regular here for getting my eyebrows done. But yesterday 26th September, 2025, I had a bad experience. I was already waiting in line to get my eyebrows done but one of the staff had called someone who came after me to do her eyebrows. Even after I told her that I was the next person, the staff responded: “I know but the other lady is in a rush and that’s why I will do her’s and someone else will be doing yours.” I drive 20 min from Celina to Frisco just to get my eyebrows done. It is not about the waiting but it is the unfairness and the way I was treated by this staff I want to address here. Time is important for everyone and everybody is in a rush.Just because someone else is in a rush they should not get a priority treatment. The owner was not there when this happened and I was unable to address this then. Now I am not sure if I want to go back there again.

When I raised my concerns, they said my hair was damaged because of highlights, but I last did highlights two years ago. I requested a refund, but they insisted that I first pay for the hair treatment before they return my money.

I had a terrible experience here. First of all they had double booked my appointment.Secondly I showed a reference picture for the balayage. And the colour came out pretty light. I kept peeking into the mirror while she was blow drying and she snapped at me and said can you let me finish and then you can see. I respectfully apologised. And then when u saw the colour the shade was so light. I asked her to darken it. And then she did it. And when u asked her how will she deposit more colour, she said “I know my work, you tell me what you want.” After this she was so rough on my hair. The skin around the edge of my scalp is literally burning and has become red and purple.
Adding onto this : I later asked for a refund for the damage done and the owner has the audacity to ask me for a doctors note. She further went to say I want a doctors note from an accredited doctor in the US. Not once in this conversation did she or the team recognise thief mistakes and asked to repent for it.

One of the worst salon i have ever visited in Frisco area. My first experience was with facial and it was a disaster and i couldn’t take the picture of the result then. Now after 8mo again in an emergency i hat to go here so doubtfully went to this same salon for eyebrow waxing. And pls see the result. She just burnt my skin. Pic for reference! I never ever go to this Blush again I don't suggest to go anyone either.
This was my first visit at Blush, I went in for a blowout style and came out with beautiful style that lasted for days. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I recommend to add a hair wash since it was relaxing and left my hair smelling great. One of my favorite small businesses and I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for magical hands to work on their hair.

I recently visited Blush Bar for a haircut and color, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Atika and her team specially Naz were absolutely amazing. She did an amazing job, really listening to what I wanted and offering great suggestions. The color turned out vibrant and the haircut perfectly suits my style. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a fantastic hair experience!
