Customer service was amazing! Came in for a data recovery issue. Phone was stuck in a boot loop due to full storage. Explained to me the chances of recovery clearly. Service fee was reasonable and my phone was returned back in working state. Although I couldn’t get the data back, service was amazing and transparent. David answered every time I called. So far so good. They emailed me and responded promptly and even negotiated their rate with me. I dropped off my laptop with them. If there are still five stars in my review later, then there were no issues with the repair. I’m replacing the battery and keyboard on my MacBook.

I was referred to Techtronics by the T-Mobile outlet at W. 15th Street. My Android phone was not charging fully and could not connect to T-Mobile's network for calls or texts. I'd experienced one of these problems in the past, resolved with a new SIM card, but not both, certainly not both at once. David @ Techtronics was able to diagnose the problem and solve it within 45 minutes, and did so even though the office I'd gone to wasn't supposed to be open at all that day; he was working there only because there was a scheduled appointment on a rush job. He could easily have referred me to another shop, but instead took on the added project (and another one from someone who stopped by) and resolved it with speed and aplomb. I would heartily recommend Techtronics on the basis of this experience, and I'm glad the T-Mobile shop referred me to them.
