Under new management. Not big on customer service, not big on communication , will change due date & rental rates at will!! If you have other options this should be the last place you come

This is a great off the map storage. I have been doing business there for going on three years great friendly family oriented staff that goes out of their way to keep the place clean and safe from outside riff Raff other storage units in Las Vegas actually has homeless people they come in as soon as the gates open and either live sleep whatever and the units or lay outside of them on the ground and hustle and hassle paying customers

Units were very spacious & kept clean. Offering a few different options of unit sizes & a secure entrance & exit

Not open on Sundays. Small family owned business. Depends on who is in the office. Some have better customer service skills than others. Property is always cluttered and hard to drive around in a big truck. Barley enough room to maneuver. Small poodle mix dog that will bite, in the office behind a small gate. If he is behind the gate...and they are not trying to get him back behind the gate. Property is to cluttered with old cars and junk, they really need to clean it up

I am disappointed in this place. A month ago I called and got a lady she seemed to not be interested in talking but I was able to get her to answer my question. I asked about parking my Truck and Trailer on their lot. I explained that I am an Over the road trucker and would need to park for usually around 5 days ever couple months and was told it would be $40 a month for this. I explained that I had talked to a guy at a company that I see his trucks parked there all the time. I reconfirmed the cost was $40 a month and she again confirmed this cost. I also made sure to ask if this was for the secured dirt lot and she said it was and she then hung up. Upon arrival back in Las Vegas I stopped at the Red Rooster Storage and talked to the lady at the counter. She was very nice and helpful and said she was unsure about the ability to park over in the dirt lot. I explained the phone conversation and she told me that was not her and she called someone else and she also denied the call. She informed me that one of the other people was on vacation but she set me up with a contract to park in the lot. I paid the $40 and a $15 charge for the first month and a processing fee. After taking the payment I was informed it would be a pending contract, I was not worried as I knew I had asked before. I spent the five days at home then headed out on a load.
I received a call from a lady saying that she was the one on vacation and she seemed to be angry that I said I talked to her. I attempted to tell her I had never said that I had said I spoke to someone and was unsure of who it was. She was very short and cut me off multiple times. After thinking about it I am pretty sure she was the one I spoke to. Her short wording seemed to be the same. She then said she would not allow me to park my truck there. I said I was sorry to hear that. Her voice became louder and she talked over me saying that I needed to get my Flatbed off her property and I attempted to say I never had a flatbed and she said she wanted whatever I had off her property and I said It already was. She also said she would refund me the money. I advised no problem I would drop the key to the gate next time I come home in a month and she said whatever and hung up.
I would not advise people to rent here. If you do me would say make sure to get everything in paper before going there? I found out later the angry one was named Mel. All the others were very nice but did not seem to have any clue about the running of the business. It’s a shame I would rather give my money to a local business but I guess this is how places like U-Haul and other big companies get to grow so big.
