The gentleman who drove the tow truck was friendly and unprofessional. He asked permission to start car to drive it onto truck. He knew I had a check engine light and that was why I was having it towed. I felt comfortable and safe. He professionally secured the vehicle before wishing me a safe day and pleasant evening. He showed up when he said he would and this was a blessing after three days of hassling with another tow company. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises.
