Ultimately I did not end up using MG Auto Transport due to a lack of customer service and unresponsiveness. All of their communication was through text which gives an expectation your messages will be responded to at least within a few hours. For some of my messages I did not receive a response back until the next day. Additionally, I think there was a lack of communication in how the process works, and expectations for delays in pickups. I did end up asking for a refund as I had a delay in pick up and I had a tight schedule I could not miss. Gregor did refund me and I was also informed the lack of communication was due to training a new dispatcher. Even after being refunded I did appreciate Gregors response and explanation.

I needed to have my Jeep hauled from San Diego to Prescott. I got in touch with Gregor, thinking I was acting a little too last minute, and he made it happen earlier than I expected. Pick up and drop off went exactly as planned. His driver was very courteous, professional, and kept us updated. My vehicle arrived exactly as I'd handed it over to him. I couldn't recommend this business enough!

Greggor was amazing to deal with. Very responsive and quick. Got my 2 cars shipped in an enclosed trailer from San Diego to Dallas for the best price on the market! Would recommend to anybody wanting to safely ship their cars across states.
