Canada Post, Etobicoke Reviews (6)
We are a small business located on the second floor of an office building. The elevator is broken and we are not receiving any mail because apparently the mailman is not required to walk the stair. OK, I suggested for him to call us that we can come down, I was told he can't contact the customers, I asked to leave our mail in one of the storefronts or in a postal office located on the main floor. I was told they can't do that either. What happened to common sense and some humanity in us? Everything is only policies and procedures. The only word you hear from a customer representative is 'unfortunately', 'I am sorry', 'It can't be done' etc.
PS: to move on with the next step I had to pick a 'STAR" This service doesn't deserve a star at all.

They do not answer the phone and who ever is doing M9B4A9 does not know how to read address I have not got my mail in a week but get other people's mail. What's up with that !!! Put your glasses on buddy
My local Canada post...They are rude and the service is just horrible and be honest sometimes I feel like they are over charging the customers... And I guess that's why they are not wearing name tags, they don't want public to call Canada Post and make a complaint.
They miss delivery of flyers.
Rude mailman, who parks his van for his convenience by the curb of the entrance to my apartment building (impeding ambulances, taxis, drop-offs, etc...), and argues with me about it...
He's even SIGNED for me on registered mail, so that he could stick it in the mailbox and not bother ringing me up and bringing the documents up.
This used to be called Station M, and it still, although they seem to have two different halves (distrib and retail).
They still don't answer the phone.

are they constantly on strike? ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Doesn't answer phones, no mail and no assistance. A typical government non-service.
